A shipping agency acts on behalf of the ship owner, operator, or charterer to coordinate and manage the vessel’s requirements while calling at an Indonesian port. Our role is to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated port operations.

Our shipping agency services include port call coordination, vessel documentation, permits and clearances, port facility arrangements, fuel and fresh water supply, spare parts, repair services, and other operational requirements needed during the vessel’s stay in Indonesia

Yes. Our agency services are designed to support vessels operating in Indonesia, including assistance with the regulatory and operational requirements associated with port calls.

Typically, we require the vessel’s name, IMO number, vessel type, flag, port of call, ETA/ETD, cargo information, owner/operator details, and requested services. Additional documents may be requested depending on the port and nature of the vessel’s operation.

Our team coordinates with port authorities, terminal operators, service providers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders to help ensure that the vessel’s operational requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.
